The Rotary Club of Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte is pleased to have an Award each year to an outstanding high school Junior who has distinguished themselves as a volunteer in the community. The Service Above Self Award is presented at the annual awards ceremony in May at the Crested Butte Community School. (download the Nomination form below).

Award: The student who demonstrates the highest level of Service Above Self.

Deadline for applications is end of April, but varies by year. Awards are announced at the CBCS Annual Awards Breakfast in early June.

If you have any troubles downloading the pdf please send a letter describing Description the student’s volunteer contributions to the organization. Number of years involved, total hours of service, duties etc.
